Customer satisfaction is paramount at Kakahuette, that is why we extend a customer service guarantee to all our customers.

Satisfaction

You have 10 days to contact us about your request. You will be able withdraw your purchase without any penalty except for the return shipping fees. Once the framed is received, you have the following choices:
  • To find another photograph of the same amount.
  • To receive a Kakahuette gift cheque for the same amount.

Damaged product

Any products that are found to be broken will be replaced or refunded.

In the event that this occurs, please email us within 10 days of receipt of your order to receive the guarantee. We ask that you send photographs of the damaged goods, describing the default or damage in your communication to customer@kakahuette.com. Once we approve the guarantee you can request a refund for the cost of that item, an immediate replacement be sent free of charge (excludes express delivery) or a credit note to the same value of the product(s).

Security is one of the biggest considerations in everything we do. Kakahuette is using Stripe for the payment process. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers are safely encrypted.
