Each piece is made on-demand. We usually ship the most products within 24 hours.
For art prints with aluminium support, your order will be shipped within week due the processing time.
You can expect your order to get to you within 3-4 business days after shipment, although it's often shorter.
We will always strive to have your order delivered to you in a timely manner. For us to achieve this, please make sure to provide us with the correct and complete shipping/delivery information when submitting your order.
KAKAHUETTE is not responsible for shipments/delivery that are delayed or returned as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, and/or unclaimed packages
KAKAHUETTE will send all orders using FedEx. Delivery time will vary depending on the country and FedEx processing time. Please contact us for more details at email@example.com.
Any products that are found to be broken will be replaced or refunded.
In the event that this occurs, please email us within 10 days of receipt of your order to receive the guarantee. We ask that you send photographs of the damaged goods, describing the default or damage in your communication to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we approve the guarantee you can request a refund for the cost of that item, an immediate replacement be sent free of charge (excludes express delivery) or a credit note to the same value of the product(s).
We can guarantee any frame damages for 1 year. The same frame will be replaced at no cost (return delivery fees are not covered). This guarantee does not cover damages on the art photograph, cardboard and certificate of authenticity. This is only applicable to order placed on the website. The guarantee is applicable one time during 1 year period starting from the purchase date.
