Craftmanship

    Our unique frames are produced by our skilled workers, who are able to create any custom-made frame. This makes our custom frames unique, designed to accentuate a photo, but not overpower it.
    We have a wide range of colors from which to choose. Our best sellers are white, black, brown and metallic finish. We also think that these are the best color shades for wall decoration, thus we make it a point to offer or showcase these to our customers first. Whatever our customers’ color preference, we are always happy to accommodate them.
    Our custom frames are very useful for any kind of wall art as we offer a variety of different sizes. We can even customize to fit a particular size. From extra-small to extra-large size, we can retrofit them our customers’ desires.
    We recommend to use gloves as unframed prints are prone to fingerprints, scratches and dents. We also suggest to frame your photographs in order to protect them from humidity and heat.

Shipping & Delivery

    We ship everywhere around the world.
    Orders shipping to Hong Kong are delivered by a local courier service. A flat rate of USD $10 per item will be applied for local delivery in Hong Kong, and USD $20USD for international carrier.
    Each piece is made on-demand. You can expect your order to get to you within 10-14 business days of purchase, although it's often shorter.

Exchange & Returns

    If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price Kakahuette items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, with all original packaging. All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

    We are not able to offer returns on crowdfunded or pre-ordered items sold at a discount; although naturally there are exceptions where we've made a mistake.

    Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of USD $15 per item will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

    We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop. We can only accept the exchange if the item you are returning qualifies for a return and is unused and in new condition, with all original packaging.
