RefundCustomer satisfaction is paramount at Kakahuette, that is why we extend a customer service guarantee to all our customers. Any products that are found to be broken or inoperable beyond repair will be replaced or refunded.
In the event that this occurs, please email us within 10 days of receipt of your order to receive the guarantee. We ask that you send photographs of the damaged goods, describing the default or damage in your communication to email@example.com. Once we approve the guarantee you can request a refund for the cost of that item, an immediate replacement be sent free of charge (excludes express delivery) or a credit note to the same value of the product(s).
