Any products that are found to be broken will be replaced or refunded.
In the event that this occurs, please email us within 10 days of receipt of your order to receive the guarantee. We ask that you send photographs of the damaged goods, describing the default or damage in your communication to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we approve the guarantee you can request a refund for the cost of that item, an immediate replacement be sent free of charge (excludes express delivery) or a credit note to the same value of the product(s).
We can guarantee any frame damages for 1 year. The same frame will be replaced at no cost (return delivery fees are not covered). This guarantee does not cover damages on the art photograph, cardboard and certificate of authenticity. This is only applicable to order placed on the website.
