Customer satisfaction is paramount at Kakahuette, that is why we extend a customer service guarantee to all our customers.

 

Satisfaction

You have 10 days to contact us about your request from the date of purchase. You will be able change your photo one time without any penalty (return delivery fees are not covered). The product must be in perfect condition with the certificate of authenticity to meet the Satisfaction return requirement. This is only applicable to any order placed on the website. Once the framed is received, you will be able
  • To find another photograph of the same amount from the same photographer

Damaged product/Guarantee

Any products that are found to be broken will be replaced or refunded.

In the event that this occurs, please email us within 10 days of receipt of your order to receive the guarantee. We ask that you send photographs of the damaged goods, describing the default or damage in your communication to info@kakahuette.com. Once we approve the guarantee you can request a refund for the cost of that item, an immediate replacement be sent free of charge (excludes express delivery) or a credit note to the same value of the product(s).

We can guarantee any frame damages for 1 year. The same frame will be replaced at no cost (return delivery fees are not covered). This guarantee does not cover damages on the art photograph, cardboard and certificate of authenticity. This is only applicable to order placed on the website.
